Quality assurance: every manuscript is screened for similarity with iThenticate, and ethical standards follow COPE guidance.
Access and rights: immediate open access under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Authors retain copyright.
Identifiers and preservation: Crossref DOIs are assigned, and content is archived for the long term through the PKP Preservation Network.
Costs: an Article Processing Charge applies only after acceptance, tiered by country and article type. Full waivers are available.
